Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. * Contact customers regarding outstanding loan payments. * Provide accurate information about payment balances and repayment arrangements. * Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments. * Maintain professional communication with customers. * Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements within company guidelines. * Update customer information and payment records. * Maintain accurate recovery reports using Microsoft Excel. * Coordinate with the recovery team and financial institutions. * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve payment-related concerns. * Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information. * Support daily call center and debt recovery operations. * Follow company procedures and professional debt recovery practices. Candidate Requirements * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Previous experience in customer handling is required. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Good telephone communication and customer service abilities. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. * Good organizational and time-management skills. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Previous experience in banking, finance, call center operations or debt recovery will be an added advantage.
