Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. * Assist customers with courier and delivery-related inquiries. * Provide information regarding parcel tracking and delivery status. * Handle customer complaints and coordinate appropriate solutions. * Maintain accurate customer information and call records. * Coordinate with delivery teams and internal departments. * Provide friendly and efficient customer service. * Follow company procedures and customer service standards. * Support daily call center operations. * Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
