Manager – Body Shop Company: Glitz Park (Pvt) Ltd Position: Manager – Body Shop Industry: Automotive Location: Yakkala Vehicle Category: Light & Medium Vehicles Job Summary Glitz Park (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Manager – Body Shop to lead and manage its Light & Medium Vehicle Body Shop operations in Yakkala. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop activities, managing the body shop team, maintaining high repair and finishing standards, improving productivity, and ensuring customer vehicles are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the Body Shop. * Lead technicians, painters, panel beaters, and other workshop staff. * Plan and allocate repair jobs according to workload and priorities. * Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely completion. * Ensure high-quality standards in body repairs, painting, and finishing. * Monitor productivity and work towards achieving operational and revenue targets. * Coordinate with customers, service advisors, insurance companies, and other departments when required. * Ensure accurate estimates and proper documentation of repair jobs. * Monitor labour, materials, spare parts, and other Body Shop costs. * Handle operational issues and customer concerns professionally. * Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper workshop procedures. * Train, motivate, and evaluate Body Shop employees. * Prepare operational and performance reports for management. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile * Previous experience in automotive Body Shop operations is highly preferred. * Experience in a supervisory or managerial role will be a strong advantage. * Knowledge of light and medium vehicle body repairs, painting, and workshop operations. * Strong leadership and team-management skills. * Target-driven and results-oriented attitude. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. * Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
