We’re Hiring: Brand Executive Join NCG Holdings, a member of Lyceum Global Holdings, and take the next step in your marketing career! 🚀 ✨ Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration • Full or partial CIM (UK) or SLIM qualification is an added advantage • 1–2 years of experience in brand management or a similar marketing role • Strong analytical, commercial, communication & organizational skills • Good understanding of brand management and marketing activities • Digital marketing exposure will be an added advantage 💼 Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute ATL, BTL & digital marketing campaigns • Develop effective brand communications • Monitor market trends, competitor activities & consumer insights • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance & Digital teams • Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance & ROI 📍 Location: Polgasowita, Sri Lanka
