Beauty Therapist Company: Beautylush Position: Beauty Therapist Location: Homagama Salary: LKR 40,000–70,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Beautylush is looking for a skilled, passionate and friendly Beauty Therapist to join its growing beauty team in Homagama. The successful candidate will provide professional beauty treatments while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. Key Responsibilities * Provide professional facials, waxing, threading and other beauty treatments. * Understand clients’ beauty requirements and recommend suitable treatments. * Deliver friendly and professional customer service. * Prepare and maintain treatment areas, equipment and beauty products. * Follow proper hygiene and sanitation procedures. * Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming salon environment. * Build positive relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits. * Work effectively with other Beautylush team members. Requirements * Experience in beauty therapy or salon treatments. * Knowledge of facials, waxing, threading and related beauty services. * Previous salon experience will be an added advantage. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Well-groomed, confident and professional appearance. * Friendly and positive attitude. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Passion for the beauty and personal-care industry.
