Beauty Advisor Position: Beauty Advisor Company: Premium Cosmetics & Accessories Retail Store Location: No. 225, Colombo Road, Negombo Industry: Beauty, Cosmetics & Retail Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our premium cosmetics and accessories retail store in Negombo. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products, excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers choose suitable beauty products. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional product recommendations, assisting customers and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Understand customers’ beauty and skincare needs. * Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare and beauty products. * Explain product features, benefits and correct usage. * Assist customers in selecting products based on their skin type, preferences and budget. * Demonstrate beauty products and provide product information when required. * Maintain attractive product displays and organized shelves. * Ensure the store remains clean, tidy and presentable. * Stay updated with the latest beauty products, skincare trends and industry developments. * Handle customer inquiries and assist with sales transactions. * Support daily sales activities and store operations. * Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. * Work with team members to maintain high customer-service standards. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare or retail sales would be an advantage. * Good knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong customer-service and sales abilities. * Pleasant personality with a positive attitude. * Professional, well-groomed and confident appearance. * Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to learn about new beauty products and trends. * Responsible, punctual and hardworking personality. * Previous retail sales experience would be an added advantage. Requirements
