Beauty Advisor Position: Beauty Advisor Industry: Cosmetics & Accessories Retail Location: 225, Colombo Road, Negombo Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM Job Summary A premium cosmetics and accessories retail store in Negombo is looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused Beauty Advisor. The successful candidate will assist customers in choosing suitable cosmetics and skincare products while delivering an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities * Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Understand customers’ beauty and skincare needs. * Recommend suitable cosmetics, skincare and beauty products. * Explain product features, benefits and correct usage. * Help customers choose products based on their skin type, preferences and budget. * Provide excellent customer service throughout the purchasing process. * Maintain attractive and well-organized product displays. * Keep the store clean, tidy and presentable. * Stay updated on new beauty products, brands and industry trends. * Support daily sales and general retail operations. Requirements * Good knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products. * Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare or retail is an advantage. * Previous retail sales experience will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication and customer-service skills. * Pleasant, friendly and positive personality. * Well-groomed, confident and professional appearance. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry. Requirements
- Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
