Trainee Spa Therapist Company: The Retreat Position: Trainee Spa Therapist Location: Galle Road, Hikkaduwa Age: 20–35 Years Experience: No Previous Experience Required Job Summary The Retreat in Hikkaduwa is looking for enthusiastic individuals aged 20–35 to join as Trainee Spa Therapists. No previous experience is required, as selected candidates will receive a free professional therapist training course and the opportunity for permanent employment after successfully completing the training. Key Responsibilities * Participate in the provided therapist training programme. * Learn professional massage, wellness and spa treatment techniques. * Provide treatments according to company standards after completing the required training. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment areas. * Provide friendly and professional customer service. * Follow workplace hygiene, safety and service procedures. * Maintain a professional and responsible attitude. * Be willing and able to live at the provided accommodation. Requirements * Age: 20–35 years. * No previous therapist experience required. * Willingness to complete the provided training programme. * Ability to stay at the workplace/accommodation. * Friendly, responsible and willing to learn. * Applicants should provide a CV, birth certificate and copy of National ID as requested by the employer.
