Spa Therapist Company: ITS Grandeur (Pvt) Limited Position: Spa Therapist Location: Resort in Kosgoda Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary A resort located in Kosgoda is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to provide professional wellness and beauty treatments while creating a relaxing and comfortable experience for guests. Key Responsibilities * Provide professional massages, facials, body treatments and wellness therapies. * Understand guests’ individual needs and recommend suitable treatments. * Deliver personalized, friendly and professional customer service. * Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety. * Ensure spa equipment and products are properly maintained. * Keep accurate records of treatments and product/stock usage. * Create a calm, welcoming and relaxing environment for guests. * Follow resort and spa service standards at all times. Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of previous Spa Therapist experience preferred. * Diploma or certificate in Massage Therapy or a related field will be an added advantage. * Knowledge of spa, massage and wellness treatments. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Calm, friendly and customer-focused personality. * Professional appearance and good personal hygiene. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Requirements
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
