KNPK Business Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Audit Associate to join our audit department. Based remotely with a location in Homagama, Colombo, this full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, emerging audit firm committed to helping Sri Lankan businesses manage finances confidently. As an Audit Associate, you will assist in performing audit engagements across various clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting. You will be responsible for executing audit procedures, documenting findings, and supporting the senior team with tax planning and business advisory activities. Your work will contribute to delivering practical solutions that add real value for our clients, aligning with the firm’s mission. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to diverse accounting and auditing practices, strengthening your expertise in the financial services sector. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively within the team and with clients. Candidates should have commenced Chartered Accountancy qualifications and bring at least one year of practical experience in auditing or related financial services.
