Key Responsibilities * Assist in managing daily showroom operations. * Supervise and support the sales team. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction. * Promote Midnightdivas products and increase sales. * Support the achievement of monthly sales targets. * Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards. * Assist with stock management and inventory control. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. * Identify opportunities to grow the brand in Kandy. * Support management with daily sales reports and operational activities.
