Accounts Assistant (Female) – Gampaha Company: Asia Work Aluminum Construction (Pvt) Ltd Location: No. 111/B/1, Akaravita, Gampaha Job Summary Asia Work Aluminum Construction (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a qualified, experienced, and self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join its team in Gampaha. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with the company’s financial and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting records. * Record income, expenses, purchases, payments, and other financial transactions. * Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents. * Assist with bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. * Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. * Update financial information using accounting software and MS Excel. * Assist in preparing financial reports and accounting schedules. * Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and accounting purposes. * Support management with accounting and finance-related information when required. * Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records. Qualifications & Requirements * Female applicants only. * Applicants residing in the Gampaha area are preferred. * Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * AAT qualified or CA Sri Lanka (CASL) part-qualified. * Minimum 5 years of experience in an audit firm. * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. * Experience with accounting software will be a strong advantage. * Good command of English. * Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. * Ability to work independently and responsibly. * Age: 25–40 years.
