💼 WE’RE HIRING – Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC Location: Kandy Company: Sarvodaya Development Finance PLC Industry: Banking & Financial Services 🔹 Available Positions Applications are invited for Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive / Junior Executive levels in the following areas: * Regional Recovery Officer * Recovery Officer * Fixed Deposit Officer * Business Development Officer 💠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regional Recovery Officer / Recovery Officer * Manage and follow up assigned loan and credit recovery portfolios. * Contact customers regarding outstanding payments and overdue facilities. * Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements while maintaining professional customer relationships. * Conduct field visits and follow established recovery procedures. * Maintain accurate recovery records and prepare regular progress reports. * Work towards achieving assigned collection and recovery targets. Fixed Deposit Officer * Promote the company’s fixed deposit products to prospective customers. * Identify new deposit opportunities and develop a strong customer portfolio. * Explain deposit products, interest options, procedures, and relevant documentation. * Maintain relationships with existing deposit customers and support renewals. * Work towards assigned deposit mobilisation targets. * Ensure customer documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Business Development Officer * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region. * Promote suitable financial products and services to prospective customers. * Build and maintain long-term relationships with individuals and businesses. * Conduct customer visits, follow up on leads, and support customer acquisition. * Work towards assigned business development and revenue targets. * Monitor local market opportunities and support regional business growth. 💠 CANDIDATE PROFILE Ideal candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and relationship-management skills. Previous experience in banking, finance, sales, recoveries, deposits, or business development would be advantageous.
