Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant Euro Maticc – Boralesgamuwa Euro Maticc is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of its European Vehicle Service Center in Boralesgamuwa. The successful candidate will manage accounting transactions, invoices, payments, financial records, and provide timely financial support to management. Key Responsibilities * Record daily sales, expenses, and other accounting transactions accurately. * Prepare customer invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation. * Maintain cash and bank transaction records. * Follow up on outstanding customer payments. * Process supplier invoices and coordinate supplier payments. * Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records. * Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports. * Manage petty cash and maintain supporting records. * Perform bank reconciliations and other routine accounting activities. * Maintain accounting records relating to workshop sales, spare-parts sales, and operating expenses. * Assist with stock and spare-parts-related financial records. * Provide management with required financial information and reports. * Organize and maintain accounting documents and records in a confidential and systematic manner. Candidate Requirements * Previous experience in Accounting or Finance will be highly advantageous. * AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or another relevant accounting qualification would be an added advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software. * Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to manage customer and supplier transactions effectively. * High level of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and effectively within a team. * Previous accounting experience in the automotive or European vehicle industry would be an added advantage.
