Accounts Assistant – Deep Tec Engineering (Pvt) Ltd Location: Malabe – Head Office Job Summary Deep Tec Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented and energetic Accounts Assistant to join its Finance team at the Head Office in Malabe. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and assist with finance-related administrative activities. Key Responsibilities * Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities. * Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other financial documents. * Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. * Assist with bank reconciliations and payment follow-ups. * Update and maintain customer and supplier accounts. * Support the preparation of monthly accounts and financial reports. * Assist with VAT, invoicing and general accounting procedures. * Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial transactions. * Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments regarding account-related matters. * Provide general accounting and administrative support to the Finance Department. Candidate Requirements * AAT qualification/part qualification or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field. * Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role will be an advantage. * Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software. * Basic understanding of VAT, invoicing and general accounting procedures. * Strong numerical, communication and organisational skills. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * School leavers with relevant accounting qualifications are encouraged to apply. Requirements

• AAT qualification / part qualification or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Basic knowledge of VAT, invoicing and general accounting procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
