WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT Adams Tyre Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a growing Sri Lankan manufacturer of bicycle tyres and tubes serving both local and export markets, is seeking a competent and responsible Accountant to join our team. Location: Mawanella Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly management accounts. • Prepare financial statements, cash-flow reports, budgets and management reports. • Handle VAT, SSCL, APIT and other tax-related matters, ensuring timely statutory submissions. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations. • Monitor inventory, production costs, costing and manufacturing-related expenses. • Coordinate with banks, auditors, Inland Revenue and other relevant institutions. • Maintain proper documentation and strengthen internal financial controls. • Support management through financial analysis, budgeting and informed decision-making. Requirements • A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field and/or a professional qualification from CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or AAT. • A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage. • Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan taxation and statutory compliance requirements. • Experience with accounting software, preferably QuickBooks, along with strong MS Excel skills. • Excellent analytical, reporting and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field and/or a professional qualification from CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA or AAT
• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in the manufacturing sector will be an advantage
