WE ARE HIRING: A/C TECHNICIAN (SPLIT A/C) Role Overview Real Time Solutions is looking for a skilled and dedicated **A/C Technician** specializing in Split A/C systems to join our technical team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, installing, and troubleshooting A/C units to ensure high operational efficiency and quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Perform installation, routine servicing, and maintenance of Split A/C units. * Diagnose technical faults, manage breakdowns, and execute effective repairs. * Ensure all technical tasks are completed safely and within set deadlines. * Collaborate effectively with team members and report site updates to supervisors. Requirements & Qualifications * Age: Under 30 years. * Education: Diploma or equivalent professional qualification (NVQ Level 4) in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering. *Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in A/C installation and maintenance, with specialized knowledge in Split-type A/C systems. * Skills:Strong time management, ability to multi-task, and good communication skills. *Residency: Residence in Colombo or nearby areas is preferred for ease of commute.
